Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Entilla ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the entity you represent.

2. The Service

Entilla provides a knowledge graph and agent runtime that ingests, indexes, and acts on data you authorize. Available connectors and features are described at entilla.com/features and may evolve.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant Entilla a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any executed DPA.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service. You will not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.

5. Fees

Plans and credit pricing are described at entilla.com/pricing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in an order form.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and at least reasonable care.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is". Entilla disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. Upon termination, Entilla will delete or return Customer Data per the DPA.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
